A fantasy drama Chaebol’s Family Youngest Son, which is also known as “Youngest Son of a Conglemorate” or it’s Korean drama named “Reborn Rich”, is based on webtoon called “Chaeboljib Maknaeadeul” by San Kyeong via Kakao and will be produced by JTBC. It will delve into the world of a rich family (called “chaebol” in Korean) secretary, who is reincarnated as the family’s youngest son.

According to AsianWiki, Yoon Hyun-Woo (will be played by Song Joong-Ki) has worked for Soonyang Conglomerate for more than 10 years. His job mainly consists of taking care of the family that runs the company. His work is similar to that of a servant, but he is falsely accused of embezzlement by the conglomerate family. He is then killed by their youngest son Jin Do-Joon. The next moment, Yoon Hyun-Woo finds himself in the body of the family’s youngest son Jin Do-Joon. He decides to take revenge on the Soonyang Conglomerate family and also run the company.
Song Joong-Ki will be playing the protagonist Yoon Hyun Woo, who dies after being framed for embezzlement by the Sunyang Group family, whom we worked for 10 years and remained loyal to. He is reborn as the family’s youngest son Jin Do Joon and works to take over the company as revenge.
Shin Hyun-Bi will be playing a role of prosecutor named Seo Min-Young, who works in an anti-corruption department. Her character as someone willing to break the law in order to serve justice and is also called the “grim reaper of the Sunyang Group family.” Seo crosses paths with Jin in the process of tracking down the family’s illegal practices of inheritance. Caught in a race in which they take turns chasing each other, Seo Min Young and Jin Do Joon will walk the line between love and hatred.
Lee Sung-min will also be starring as Jin Yang-chul, the head of Sunyang Group. He is best known for his acclaimed role in 2018 espionage film, The Spy Gone North and his role as Oh Sang-Sik in Misaeng: Incomplete Life.
